Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

During sale periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience!

Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website or via 17track.net.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, duties & taxes

Eden of Clothes ships worldwide. For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Eden of Clothes has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

We declare the correct value on all customs forms and do not mark orders as gifts.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@edenofclothes.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date (for lost parcels) or within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items).

Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Eden of Clothes is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery (marked as delivered by the carrier).

Incorrect address & returned packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Eden of Clothes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, we will contact you. Re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
